This notice explains how Tech With Tim uses information collected through registration for the December 1, 2026 AI Agents Masterclass. It supplements the Tech With Tim privacy policy.

What we collect

We store your email address, the registration date and time, the event identifier, and the version of the registration consent you accepted. Your IP address is temporarily used in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own access and security logs.

How we use it

Your email is used to manage your registration and send communications about this masterclass, such as joining details, schedule updates, and reminders. Registering does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. This page does not send an immediate automated confirmation email.

Storage and service providers

Registration information is stored in a private server-side database. Authorized administrators can export the registration list to manage webinar communications. Hosting and any email delivery services used for the event process information as needed to provide those services. We do not sell the registration list.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration information as needed to administer the event and handle related requests. To withdraw your permission for webinar emails, request deletion, or ask about your information, contact Tech With Tim using the contact details in the main privacy policy. You can also reply to an event email when one is sent.

Cookies and tracking

This registration page does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or browser storage to save your email. Fonts and page images are served with the site.
